Serum should be separated from clotted blood and stored at 2 - 8
C within 8 hours of collection. If the assay will not be completed
within 48 hours of collection or for shipment of the specimen,
freeze at -20 C or lower.
Collect 9 blue tops, and 1 serum separator tube. *See
